The 2026 NUFLOORS Penticton Curling Classic is coming up October 8–11, and we are looking for volunteers to help make this exciting event a success!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class curling event right here at the Penticton Curling Club. We need help in the following areas:

Ticket sales and door greeter
Players’ lounge hospitality
Drivers for airport pickup
Parking lot attendants to help curlers and spectators with parking
Ice assistance, including cleaning and maintaining the ice area
Kitchen help

Whether you can volunteer for one shift, one game, or several days, every bit of help is greatly appreciated.

Thanksgiving Weekend — October 8–11, 2026

Get ready for an exciting weekend of world-class men’s curling right here in Penticton!

The 2026 NUFLOORS Penticton Curling Classic will take place at the Penticton Curling Club, conveniently located across from the SOEC and Cascades Casino.

The field has been set, and it is an incredible lineup of teams from around the world. Fans will have the opportunity to watch some of the sport’s top-ranked teams, Olympic medalists, former Brier champions, and exciting young talent compete for event supremacy.

The event features 10 teams ranked among the world’s top 25, including:

• #1 Yannick Schwaller — Switzerland Current world number-one ranked men’s team and Olympic bronze medalist.

• #7 Oscar Eriksson — Sweden Member of Niklas Edin’s world championship team.

• #10 Brendon Bottcher — Edmonton Former Brier champion.

• #12 Marco Hoesli — Switzerland Reigning Swiss champions.

• #13 Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi — Japan Member of Japan’s 2026 Olympic team.

• #14 Jordan McDonald — Winnipeg One of Canada’s top young teams.

• #20 Kim Schwaller — Switzerland Olympic bronze medalist and younger brother of Yannick Schwaller.

• #21 Evan Van Amsterdam — Edmonton Top young Canadian team.

• #22 Takumi Maeda — Japan Exciting young team from Japan.

• #23 Kevin Koe — Calgary Former Brier champion and 2026 Brier Silver Medalist.

• Game passes: $10 per game
• Day passes: $25
• Event passes: $100

Sunday

• Semifinals: 8:30 a.m.
• Finals: 12:30 p.m.

Penticton Curling Club is going to start the 2026-2027 season on October 13, so please get your teams registered early.  

Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic is on October 7-11 this year.  Tickets coming soon, so stop by the club or phone in to purchase your tickets.
